The Position: 

As a Authentication Product Owner Manager for IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions you will have ownership for defining and executing the product strategy. You would be expected to work closely with customers and internal teams to help drive new features, champion product awareness, and be responsible for the overall success of your products.  This role will also include management of other Product Owners and taking responsibility for a number of scrum teams that deliver the inner core of our Authentication product functionality. 

You will be taking what our customers have been looking for, for the longest time, build a business case and drive your team to get what you need 

To make this a reality you will be required to own the product stories, backlog, and prioritization and  drive your product roadmap. You will be the face of the future of your product and be part of the product lifecycle including, pricing, market research and competitive research.

Product organizational tasks within the company with, part numbers, pricing or lifecycle management 


What we are looking for: 

The ideal candidate will have a have a high drive, enthusiasm and showcase passion for what you do all the time; and passion, just might actually be your middle name? The preferrable experience is 4+ years work experience as product owner with an engineering and/or business degree with a technical interest  

Ideally you will come from a software background and have real life experience within the Authentication space, or the wider the identity and access management area. You should be aware of agile and SAFe development methodologies. Experience with SAFe will be a definite plus 

You should love working in global teams and matrix organizations, have experience of managing other people and be a social person.
